  • Tech Inspection 1 – Visual Cylinder Inspection (1 day)
    ID/markings, rejection criteria, internal/external inspection, threads/neck checks, documentation & labelling.

  • Tech Inspection 2 – Hydrostatic Cylinder Inspection (1 day)
    Hydro setup, safe pressurisation, expansion measurement, pass/fail decisions, drying, stamping & records.

  • IMCA Dive Technician (5 days)
    Surface-supplied systems, helmets/masks, umbilicals, panels & pneumo, HP/LP compressors & air quality, gas management, hot-water units, testing/fault-finding, documentation aligned to IMCA guidance.

  • Composite Cylinder Inspection (1 day)
    Identification, service-life limits, fibre/impact/resin damage modes, liner/neck checks, hydro considerations, rejection criteria, records.

  • O₂ Oxygen Cleaning (1 day)
    Clean-area setup, contamination control, aqueous/ultrasonic methods, materials compatibility, oxygen-compatible lubricants, drying/verification (white-wipe), labelling & certificates.

Total duration: 9 days (deliver consecutively or modularly—see dates).

  • Awards: Diving Academy Certificates of Completion per module, confirming training to IDEST-aligned procedures and IMCA guidance/manufacturer best practice.

  • Note: IDEST accreditation/test-station approvals and IMCA certification/company approvals are controlled by those bodies/employers and are not granted by this course.
